ABOUT VIAGEA
We have gone back centuries to find it’s own identities from the Byzantine Empire.
The treasures from Saint Mark’s Cathedral in Venice, the Baroque art. Marco Polo, the first encounter to the world.

PHILOSOPHY
HAUTE BOHèME

Venezia… A longtime haven for artists, new agers, road-weary tramps and free spirits.
This is where Dennis Hopper once called home.
Hop in Bacaro bars eating cicchetti and sipping ombre de vin,
it’s the modern way of hippie heyday and it’s Venetian life-style.

La Bohème

No matter in what language we speak, or what city we inhabit …
A Bohemian is simply a “littérateur” who, consciously or
unconsciously, secedes from conventionality in life and in art.

“One must choose and find one’s own path, be one’s own self
live one’s own life”
To take the world as one finds it, the bad with the good, making
the best of the present moment—to laugh at Fortune alike whether she be generous or unkind—to spend freely when
one has money, and to hope gaily when one has none
—to fleet the time carelessly, living for love and art—
this is the temper and spirit of the modern Bohemian. –
Ayloh, 1902
“A TOOL FOR SELF-DISCOVERY”

The artist used traveling as a tool for self-discovery. Mijin Lee reflected,
“The wasted time in my routine life forced me to take a different path from the one I was on.
When slowing down is not an option, it makes sense to carve a little time out of your day to think and evaluate.
I started with writing down my thoughts and ideas, drawing the images of my hopes and dreams.
Then, I traveled on it. At first, I felt rootless. I kept travelled the world but didn’t know my place in it.
Soon,I realized that sometimes the answers we are searching for are already waiting for us;
alongside the person that you are capable of becoming, alongside the destined you.
So in between here and there, you have that journey,
that process, of becoming that person, of belonging to the world you are in.”

“YOU WILL ONLY KNOW THE ROAD ONCE YOU HAVE TRAVELED ON IT.”
In modern life, we often lose ourselves in the hustle and bustle;
somewhere between the commute home and falling into bed exhausted.
Our thoughts are like clouds drifting across the surface of a lake; gone before we know it.
To gain perspective on our life, we need a place to muse.
